Our Story

Located at The Guild in Warren, The Nook is an intimate event space that can be transformed into what you are looking for in a private event. The space showcases its industrial history with incredible views on the Palmer River and Barrington harbor accented with Edison lighting and preserved brick walls and wood.

Included in the Space

  • An intimate, private setting for you & your guests which includes:
    • A private event up to (4) hours within our business hours
    • A separate entrance into The Nook
    • A private bar & bartender for the duration of your event
    • A section reserved on our patio for the duration of your event
    • (2) private bathrooms
  • Catered menu from our kitchen to fit your unique event needs
  • All dishware, cutlery, glassware, & table linens
  • Entry into the space (1 ½) hours prior to your event for set up and (1) hour after your event for breakdown

  • (2) 8’ Farm Tables : 8-10 seats at each
  • (4) 5’ Round Tables : 8-10 seats at each
  • (10) 30” Cocktail Rounds (can be a high top or low top table):
    4 seats at each

The Nook can accommodate up to 30 guests. Children above 5 years of age will be included in the guest count.

Food & Beverage Service

Our catering menu offers a wide range of options from upscale hors d’oeuvres, to a more casual selection of sliders & fries or a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffet to meet your expectations for your event. We offer a small selection of in-house dessert options. You are permitted to bring in your own desserts for your gathering.

The bar provides a rotating, seasonal selection of in-house produced craft beers & seltzers in addition to a selection of wine and (1) rotating cocktail on draft. Our bar also serves soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea, etc.

Guidelines

  • You will receive venue access 1 ½ hours prior to your contracted event start time (including decor vendors & drop offs)
  • All events must end by 10pm on Friday & Saturdays, 9pm on weeknights, & 7pm on Sundays
  • To confirm your event, we kindly ask for a signed contract and an event deposit
  • Your final room fee is due the week of your event and will be charged to the card on file
  • No outside alcohol is permitted, including alcoholic favors
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • All decor items and personal belongings must be taken home at the end of the night

The Patio

You will have (2) reserved patio tables for the duration of your event. Additional tables can be reserved for an additional charge.
